Our unique information sessions and nest-box building workshops provide schools and community groups with the opportunity to learn how birds build nests or to actually build nest-boxes for wildlife. A wide range of packages are available, from short information sessions featuring an engaging presentation, to half-day workshops learning about nest building, to full-day workshops involving the construction and installation of nest-boxes. Information Session -  Virtual/Incursion/Excursion

Duration: 45mins
Class size: 1 – 2 classes (30 – 60 maximum). Minimum charge $300
Cost: $10.00/student inc GST

Minimum charge of $300 inc GST (which is equivalent to the charge for 30 students)
Teachers/Parents FREE

Half-Day Excursion (including nest building)

Duration: 2.5 hours (9.30am-12.00pm or 12.30pm-3.00pm)
Class size: 1 – 2 classes (30 – 60 maximum). Minimum charge $750
Cost: $25.00/student inc GST

Minimum charge of $750 inc GST (which is equivalent to the charge for 30 students)
Teachers/Parents FREE 

 

Full-Day Excursion (including nest-box building)

Duration: 5 hours (9.30am-2.30pm)
Class size: 1 – 2 classes (30 maximum). Minimum charge $2040
Cost: $85.00/student inc GST

Minimum charge of $2040 inc GST (which is equivalent to the charge for 24 students)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Eagle Adventures program booking, please provide at least 7 days’ notice so we can offer another group the opportunity to visit. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, if you do not provide 7 days’ notice, the minimum booking fee of $150 per class will apply. Schools that do not provide any notice of cancellation and fail to attend on the day, will be charged the full fee, as per the booking form for that day.
