*SOLD OUT* Critters Up Close Wildlife Encounter!

Join us for a special visit from Critters Up Close!

Get up close to educational animals between 2 and 3pm, which may include a sugar glider, python, a blue tongue lizard, a bobtail lizard, a Tawny Frogmouth, frog, turtle and minibeasts (subject to change depending on animal welfare on the day). This is an exciting hands-on experience with lots of photo opportunities!

You will then have a chance to explore the interactive Discovery Centre to learn about the native animals found around Herdsman Lake.

The maximum capacity for this event is strictly 30 participants, for the wellbeing of visiting animals. For this reason, any accompanying adults in the room must purchase a ticket. If your child is comfortable with participating independently, then parents can remain on the centre grounds, and make use of the coffee window, verandahs and free Wifi. If you feel like your child is too young or needs more active supervision, we strongly recommend purchasing a ticket for yourself, also. Please note that this is NOT a drop-off programme, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Tickets are $25 per participant. Friends of the WA Gould League receive a 15% discount on all School Holiday Adventures. Please login to your membership on the WAGL website to recieve your discount when purchasing tickets.

Best suited for ages 4 - 12 years, but all welcome.

Please bring snacks, water, hat, and closed shoes.

Although this is a 90 minute session, guests are able to enjoy the centre, coffee shop and surrounds or enjoy a picnic on the grass afterwards.
