Designed to suit your needs, this program offers an immersive experience where students identify real-world issues and craft innovative solutions. Whether it’s through a purpose-designed excursion or incursion, or as an add-on to one of our existing offerings, students will be empowered to address problems that matter to them.
Using our real-world solutions resource, students will embark on a journey of discovery and creativity. From environmental sustainability to community engagement, the possibilities are endless.

The culmination of this journey? An exhibition showcasing students' solutions, open to caregivers and other classes, a day of action, or even a display at the Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre. Imagine the pride as your students present their ideas to the community!

EXCURSION DETAILS
Duration: 2.5 hours
Cost: $13 per student (inc GST)
Minimum Charge: $325 (equivalent to 25 students).
Maximum Students: 75
Teachers/parents FREE - Please note, schools are responsible for the safety and supervision of their students. Groups are welcome to use facilities for self-guided activities up to 30mins before or after scheduled sessions.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your environmental program booking, please provide at least 7 days’ notice so we can offer another group the opportunity to visit. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, if you do not provide 7 days’ notice, the minimum booking fee of $150 per class will apply. Schools that do not provide any notice of cancellation and fail to attend on the day, will be charged the full fee, as reflected by their booking for that day.
